Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are faced with many challenges living in low-income and high-poverty neighborhoods. Every child at the school receives free breakfast and lunch daily. As a teacher at a Title I school, my goal is to create and provide my students with meaningful experiences in a conducive learning environment.

The students can wobble, rock, bounce, and lean while working and it can actually help the students to focus and concentrate better in class.

My coworker introduced the wobble chair to my students and now they are a big hit. Every day, the students are asking if they could use the wobble chair.

Having more wobble chairs available would allow students to get their energy and wiggles out. It truly has helped my SPED students and students with ADHD release their built-in energy.

Please help us learn and flourish comfortably in our wobble chairs, stools, and floor lap desk! Overall, my current students and future students will be able to benefit from the wobble chairs. With your support, I will be able to create a fun and conducive learning environment for my students.
