The one thing kids really love about being in my classes is the swag! They love the different shirts and sweatshirts and jackets they get from my wonderful donors. This helps them show school spirit throughout the school year.
The swag makes them feel welcomed and loved during the middle of their school careers, which is the toughest time in school.
I love to give them items that they can keep wearing in their 3 years in middle school because it helps our planet to use items often and keep using them for as long as we can. These shirts will be given out to my incoming students in the new year so kids can have a winter shirt option. I love that they feel a sense of pride in their school and their teams as they navigate through middle school. Thank you for helping me make this a better place for them to be and help their overall mental state in the process of middle school. We are a diverse community of learners and our school has a diverse population, including ELL learners, Intensive learning classes, regular classes, and gifted classes.
