My Project

This project will provide more books for my class. These books focus on diversity, acceptance, equity, and inclusion. These are all things that my students want to hear, see, and learn about. Our school is striving to be better and our students have defined that as not just welcoming diversity but building it with diversity in mind.

Our students have decided that empathy is the key to growth and the hard conversations are the ones worth having.

It is okay to be different from one another, that is what makes our world so beautiful.

These books will be a part of our ever-growing classroom library and will foster dialogue amongst friends and strangers.
