My Project

I have a classroom full of eager and interesting students, all with varying backgrounds and home lives. They are a tight-knit group that also come face to face with the hardships of growing up. This novel unit will be perfect for them.

This is a beautiful tale of acceptance, friendship and what it means to care about others.

Our goal for this project is to complete the novel unit immediately after state testing. We will use the knowledge of reading standards that we have gained throughout the year in an interesting and interactive way. Even third graders still love to be read to!

This project will put a copy of "The Wild Robot" into each individual student's hands. The Teacher Pay Teachers gift card will purchase the best of novel units so we can showcase what all we've learned this year in 3rd grade.
