Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are composed of enthusiastic 2nd-grade students. They are very eager to learn, and they are very active learners. They love learning new things, however, they also like to move a lot.

Having a cushioned seat will help some of my students with sensory needs calm down and relax, which will help them focus on their tasks, especially when taking a test.

A privacy shield for their desk will also provide them with personalized space to help them free from distractions, allowing them to focus more on their test.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
