Help me give my students the opportunity to have flexible seating in the classroom. Many students do not do well when forced to sit in a chair and do their work. These may help my students succeed!
My students are special because they are diverse. The students come from all walks of life, but are united through our school and classroom community. No matter the students background, they are all given a fair chance at the best education possible.
Through the hardships of their lives, my students persevere.
I want my students to all be able to believe, achieve, and succeed. No matter what their situation is at home, my students should be able to come to school and be whatever they want to be. I want to provide them with as many opportunities as I can so that they are better prepared for the world and life that awaits them.
My students are kind, determined, and loving. They love to learn and always embrace new challenges. I am so proud of all they have achieved, but I want to be able to keep pushing them to new heights and reaching bigger goals!
My Project
Not all seating fits all! Every student is different and needs different things to succeed. My classroom currently has all desks, which doesn't allow for much choice in work space. These items will help my room to become more flexible in terms of seating.
The stools will help my students who have difficulty sitting still while working.
Some students need to move around to get their juices flowing! This simple addition to the classroom may help them to be successful in their daily work.
The tables will help my students have more options in seating. Not only will they be able to choose a stool at a table or desk, they will now be able to choose to sit on the floor and do their work.
