Our school is 1 to 1 in grades 2-5. This means that every student in grades 2-5 have a Chromebook assigned to them. Unfortunately, this means that Pre-k-1 do not receive the technology. My students could benefit from having more technology in the classroom. With these iPads, the students would have more opportunities to read a variety of texts in reading, explore new concepts in math, and research topics in social studies and science. I also have students with special learning needs in my classroom. The technology could help them express their learning in new ways! I cannot wait to see what they will do with technology at their fingertips!
