My Students

I work at a K-6, charter school that offers our community an alternative to the over-crowded schools in our district. It was founded to join parents, teachers, students, and community together to create an environment where students have the opportunity to reach their highest potential and where they are challenged academically, primarily in the areas of reading, writing, and arithmetic.

My 6th-grade​ students are amazing to work with and I want to make sure to give them the best learning environment that I possibly can.

My Project

These tables will be put in our breakout room. We take smaller groups in the breakout room to help them with their academics. These tables will help my students see the examples they are given up close. My students will be excited to write on the tables, something they can not do with the desks in our classroom.

These tables will be a place where my students can be successful and have fun while they are learning.

Some of the things that we will be able to do on these tables are math problems, learning about language arts, and sharing our ideas with each other. These will bring a whole new level to their learning.
