My Project

As a math specialist, I need students to use whiteboards so they can clearly explain their mathematical thinking. Writing and drawing on whiteboards allows students to show their strategies, models, and reasoning in real time. This helps me quickly see what students understand and where misconceptions may exist. Using whiteboards also encourages students to communicate, justify their ideas, and engage in meaningful math discussions. Whiteboards create a low-risk environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and revising their work. They also promote active participation and accountability during math lessons. Overall, whiteboards support deeper understanding by making students' thinking visible to both the teacher and their peers.
