My Project

My students love learning through play. I always try to find fun and engaging ways for them to practice what they are learning. Digital technologies can provide some unique learning opportunities to help my students continue learning while playing.

Incorporating the use of tablets in our Resource Room can be beneficial with developmentally appropriate apps and activities for foundational skills in fun and engaging ways.

The use of tablets in my classroom does not take the place of teacher-led discussions and lessons. Instead, these devices will serve to enhance classroom lessons and provide alternate ways for children to learn. These tablets will be incorporated safely within our daily routines and monitored highly to ensure that students are properly engaged in a variety of educational enrichment in the palm of their hands.
