This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I have selected, Therabody and Theragun mini - massage are proven to help tremendously with muscle recovery for athletes. Giving the students the opportunity to use a massage therapy hand held device will allow them to get to feeling better quickly. After a long practice or a long run nothing feels better than to get a massage on those aching muscles. We know the cost of these devices is high so we have been unable to provide one for them, but by having these devices I feel like we will see so much improvement!
