My students and I have been actively using the new resources in our daily lessons, and they have already made a meaningful impact. Recently, we used the materials during a hands-on history project where students analyzed primary sources and collaborated in small groups to create visual presentations. One special moment that stood out was watching students who do not usually volunteer eagerly participate because they felt more confident and engaged with the new tools. Your contribution has truly helped create a more interactive and supportive learning environment.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, their excitement was immediate and genuine. They were eager to explore everything and asked thoughtful questions about how we would use them. Several students expressed how grateful they were that someone cared enough to invest in their learning. Seeing their faces light up reminded me why community support is so important in education. The new resources have already increased engagement, focus, and enthusiasm in our classroom.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, we will continue incorporating these materials into our current unit projects and collaborative activities. Our next steps include deeper research assignments, student-led discussions, and creative presentations that allow students to demonstrate their understanding in meaningful ways. The resources you provided will continue to support critical thinking, creativity, and confidence in my students. Thank you again for being part of our classroom journey and for helping make these learning experiences possible.","fullyFundedDate":1769389822328,"projectUrl":"project/helping-our-future-realize-that-you-care/10057241/","projectTitle":"Helping Our Future Realize That You Care!","teacherDisplayName":"Dr. Michelle Ballard, Ed.D","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4739828_orig.jpg?crop=729,729,x0,y102&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1731355996126","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4739828"},{"teacherId":10115347,"projectId":9568473,"letterContent":"The students had so much fun with the tug-a- war project. They wanted to played with it everyday. They were also amazed with the rollercoasters builds. They were playing with the tracks to see if they can get it the cart to go over the loop easier.\r\nBoth these activities help a lot with understanding the teks we have. First teks was speed and velocity which the rollercoasters had them taking the distance and time each cart took to finish the track's. And the other teks is balanced and unbalanced forces. With students that struggle it helps to be able to reference back and reconnect the activity. This makes it easier for them to remember what they learned.","fullyFundedDate":1759496624469,"projectUrl":"project/physics-of-the-world/9568473/","projectTitle":"Physics of the World","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Russell","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10115347"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_14820","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":966,"numTeachers":46,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":8,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":90,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"6 - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"21.0:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"TOWN","ncesMetroType":"TOWN_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":80.0,"schoolId":14820,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about William Adams Middle School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"William Adams Middle School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/alice-independent-school-district/william-adams-middle-school/14820"}
