This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love Physical Education and one of most exciting fun days of the year is Field Day. Students love to challenge themselves in Physical Activities and learn valuable team working skills.

We are in the process of planning our Western Theme Hoe Down Field Day.

The Steel Horseshoe is game is a classic and will fit with our Western Hoe Down Theme. Students will be learning the game of Horseshoes using teamwork and team building skills. The Horseshoe Game will also allow students to work on throwing and aiming skills. It will not only be used during Field Day but in regular PE classes as well.

With our Field Day students will be competing in several fun activities that will use team building skills. It is a fun day for Kindergarten through 5th Grade students.
