My Students

Animals, Dinosaurs and Bugs?! My students are going to LOVE these giant floor puzzles!

I am a special education kindergarten teacher in a high poverty elementary school.

I have two half-day kindergarten classes with 18 students in each class. There is a combination of regular education and special education students in both classes. My kids are energetic and looking forward to having a great first year of school!

My Project

I am always seeking hands-on activities for my students to engage in that correlate with our reading curriculum themes. These floor puzzles will provide my students with fine motor and visual reasoning activities while allowing them to enjoy themed related activities. These puzzles will be included in a variety of reading themes including oceans, dinosaurs, bugs, neighborhoods, animals, and transportation. My students will thoroughly love enjoying these puzzles with their new kindergarten friends.
