My students are amazing! They come to school ready and eager to learn, with smiles on their faces. They light up my life and remind me daily what it means to do my best. My students have a variety of learning styles that are as varied as they are. Hands on creativity and learning is of the utmost importance these days as our future is in their hands.
I want to help each one of my students be the best they can be.
Nestled in the southern part of Nevada, our school sits in a neighborhood bustling with activity. Our student body is large, yet we are a small community supporting each other on a daily basis. I truly appreciate each one of my students, and look forward to providing the most effective and relevant means of instruction and learning to my classroom.
My Project
My students look forward to reading each day. It provides each student an individual escape. They are able to break away from the rigors of core courses and get lost in the pages of whatever book that they have chosen. This series will be an awesome opportunity for our class to enhance our library. I My students are excited finally have the entire Dork Diaries book series and not having them fall apart.
Crisp, new books with exciting topics are sure to provide the perfect getaway for my students.
As a teacher, it is nice to witness how captivated and engrossed my students are when they have a chance to read a book that interests them. Books are a passport to worlds beyond their imagination. Reading is fundamental to learning and something we try to reinforce daily.
