My Project

A goalie in lacrosse needs to be the player with the fastest reaction time on the field. Practicing with a weighted stick is one way to improve that reaction time. Having a heavier stick in practice them changing to the lighter game stick helps to increase the player’s stick speed. The faster our goalie is able to move his stick, the more saves he will be able to make.

This year we are aspiring to make it to the state championship.

That path begins and ends with the play of our goalies. By creating an environment that helps hone their skills we will be more likely to come out on top.
