My Project

Our Weight Room Facility Improvement Project is part of an overall facility upgrade in order to deliver the best possible strength and conditioning experience to the students of Athens Drive Magnet High School.

This Audio Visual equipment will allow our Teachers/Coaches to effectively communicate daily workouts, exercise techniques and effective teaching points to students and athletes.

We utilize the Rack Coach program which provides data display, an audio-visual timing system and workout management. This Audio-Visual equipment will provide each student/athlete with unobstructed sight lines to efficiently complete their daily workout.
