My Project

We are requesting rolls of weed barrier and landscape pins. The barrier will be used in our school garden around our raised beds. Our garden area is difficult to mow around, so we are constantly pulling weeds around our beds. The barrier will help keep the weeds at bay, which will give students more time to focus on the important details of the garden.

This grant will help our students focus more on the fruits and vegetables and less on the weeds.

In addition, it will free up our walkways and pathways from invasive weeds, which will create a safer environment for our students.
