Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students are encouraged to question the environment in which we live. The weather is such a fun way to build reading, math and research skills. There are so many social learning that goes into these activities as well.

Please help us obtain puzzles, writing journals, laminated pouches and hands on weather related station activities so we can grow both our academic and social skills.

These puzzles will be used for team building. The weather journals will help with writing as we plan to chart and record weather. The laminated pouches will be used to share our work and the weather stations will build math and observational skills.

There are so many activities we can do with these materials. There is no better way for a 7 and 8 year old to learn than to use hands on materials!
