This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our kids are the best! They are kind and caring and love learning. They make every day fun at Curtis Bay School! They work very hard in the classroom and deserve the same chances for holistic learning as their more affluent peers. Our kids love soccer and play every day at recess. A donation of the basics of shin guards, socks, balls, and coaches' materials will give our kids a chance to play and compete with other area schools. for the first time! Along with the valuable lessons learned from participation in team sports, participation in soccer will serve as a motivator for our student athletes!
