Each year, through the hard work of countless teachers, staff, and parent volunteers, our school puts on a robust musical theater production.
This program is completely free of charge, which means that students who would not normally have access to after-school programs like this have equitable access!
We fund this program through grants, donations, and hard work. Teacher volunteers are unpaid.
Your generous donation will help us move from having parent volunteers making costumes, to providing students the opportunity to learn costume design, and sewing skills, and create the costumes themselves! With my background in costume design, a theater degree, and over 20 years of sewing experience, I am excited to be able to provide this new learning to our students.
Your donation will allow my costume design students to have a high quality sketchpad and all of the drawing tools needed to put their costume sketches down on paper so they can learn to turn them into a reality.
