My Students

I have forty-eight bright-eyed and eager-to-learn students. The students in my class are amazing and motivated learners. They all come from different cultures, backgrounds and experiences. They are so full of energy and their smiles light up the room. They work really hard and have lots of fun while learning.

We love to learn about the world around us and the students love investigating life science in the garden and in our own Silver Cluster backyard.

They love to work together and to share what they are learning with their friends and families.

My Project

The science materials that I am requesting will continue to enhance the love for nature that I strive to create in my class. My students really enjoy learning about ocean animals and we are also going to be studying butterflies. All of these materials have been chosen with my students in mind and they are so curious and like to see nature up close. The view finders will give them an opportunity to see real life pictures of animals they are studying and the butterflies will show them the life cycle.

With these new materials, my students will have a deeper appreciation of the nature that is around them.

The best way to increase their empathy and love for the environment is to give them opportunities to interact. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in nature, and this project will only help enrich their experiences!
