My Students

My students love to learn, and be engaged in the learning. This dry erase board, magnets, and markers will help keep students engaged and learning interactive.

I teach 23 wonderful pre-k students aged 4 and 5.

My students enter the classroom each day with a smile on their face. They are so excited to learn! My students love to come up to the board and show their classmates what they know. I often let them be the teacher. They are never too young to start helping their classmates!

My Project

We currently have a very old non-magnetic dry erase board in our classroom. This board is magnetic, so students can use the different magnets also requested. It also has lines which will make showing them how to write easier. Students will be able to visualize the activity better. One thing I would do with this board is display different sight words using magnetic letters. I would also make different magnetic sight words and have the students arrange them into sentences they can read. This helps encourage early reading. The options are endless with this dry erase board.

This project will make a difference in my students lives.

They will be more engaged, and have different ways of learning. Having a versatile dry erase board allows me to more easily mix up how we are learning and how I am teaching.
