My Project

This year our school changed our reading block. Our school implemented a new program involving students who need Title 1 services. Our Title 1 teachers now come to the room daily for groups. During this time, I am also working with an intervention group.

We loved working together but Covid removed our tables and rugs; individual student desks were purchased thus we need tables and rugs to work together.

We do not have furniture to accommodate the teachers and students during this time.

One of our teachers is sitting on the floor with a group on a decrepitated rug. Another has made a workspace by pushing two small Kindergarten desks together. The last is working on a small table that is difficult to reach across.

We would love to end the school year by being able to to sit at tables or our own workspaces.
