Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would love to teach my students how to play different board games during our indoor recess times due to the cold or rain. After students are feeling comfortable with how to play the games, I would then let them check out the games to play with their family members at home.
Students have mentioned that they don't have board games at home.
This would be a great way for families to spend quality time together playing the games, learning and having fun at the same time. Families don't have to worry about being able to afford the games, they can check them out, play and return for a different one.
