My Students

Our small rural community in southwest Missouri is a snapshot of the simpler times found in rural America past. Hard work, a firm handshake, helpful neighbors, plain talk, old-school values, and pride in a job well done are at the core, even as the population has diminished and the economy has suffered.

My student-athletes are hard-working, conscientious, goal-oriented, and embrace challenges to obtain success!

I am the strength, speed, and conditioning instructor for grades 7-12 as well as being the head football coach in the Fall over both the high school and junior high programs. I also coach all jumpers in track and field in the Spring.

My Project

These items will all be used to allow student-athletes a better opportunity to take their workouts to a higher level. Multiple exercises can be performed using the dumbbells and the multi-position bench, allowing for both the building of muscle and burning off unwanted fat calories. Their body measurements are an important part of safely monitoring progress and providing motivation as goals are achieved. With these items more student-athletes will be able to perform their workouts simultaneously and efficiently, building healthier bodies and establishing positive overall wellness patterns and habits.
