We Need Food for our Souls!

Help me give my students snacks so that they can enjoy reading and playing time in Harry Potter Club! We have lunch so early that by the end of school they're famished!

My Students

Last year I started the Harry Potter Club with about 20 kids. I have such an amazing group of kids this year, but the club has grown to 40 now! This is wonderful and a bit scary. I need to feed these kids three feasts and some snacks. I volunteer my time and feed them myself, but I’m worried this year and need help! Please!

My students are growing so fast!

Some of my kids do not eat lunch because they don't like it. But many of my kids are receiving free and reduced lunches so I know they need the food. I've chosen snacks that I think are healthy and nut free, but that will fill them up for a while.

My Project

My growing boys and girls are often starving directly after school because we have lunch at 10:15 AM and school doesn't get out until 2:00. I'm asking for some snacks so that they can enjoy their time at Harry Potter Club without being hungry.

At Club our kids have the rare opportunity to be among themselves and be themselves.

I want them to show their best selves and not be hangry! So much of our work as teachers is to show kids how to socialize. This club is a prime opportunity, and I embrace it, but need some help! Thanks!
