Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As an art teacher, I want to provide my students with the best supplies I can. We have been using basic colored pencils and that’s just not “cutting” it anymore. We need better quality pencils, but these pencils are simply above my budget. Prisma Color Pencils are high-quality pencils and I believe they are worth every penny. The quality of the students' artwork will improve and they will be able to see how a good art supply will increase their skill level. Also, students struggle with fine motor skills and I am hoping good pencils will inspire them to improve. I appreciate any help and I know my students will too.
