Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school has over 900 students. I am the 6th-grade ESOL teacher. My school has multiple events each month to reward students for having perfect attendance or for making positive behavior choices. Most of these events involve snacks, ice cream, or drinks. We have many of my newcomer English Language Learner students attend each of these events. We need a fridge to keep all of these items cold! The fridge that we have in the main office is currently broken! Every year we also have an Access celebration party for our English Language Learners. Our newcomer English language learners love to attend, eat delicious food, and make new friends. We would need a fridge to keep their snacks and drinks at a proper temperature. Thank you so much for supporting our students and our school! We really appreciate all of your help!
