We Need a Space to Work!!!

My students need 2 tables for them to work at.

Several years ago, our school started replacing the old desks and chairs in our room for new tables and chairs. After several years of picking a few rooms a year, we ran out of money. Therefore, leaving many of us with old desks and chairs. Unfortunately, my first grade room did not get the new tables.

My first graders are currently sitting at old desks that are daily falling apart. The bolts come loose often and the desks are bowing at the top, making it quite difficult for the children to work properly.

We would greatly benefit from two new rectangular tables. This would allow for a sturdy work space for my students that they could easily write and do work at. Playing games, learning centers, and everyday work would be more feasible if we had the proper work space.

Have you ever worked at an old table or desk? It can be difficult to get things done! Please help my students by providing these new tables. Let's make learning easier for each child!
