My Students

We are a Title 1 school with a large growing English Language Learner population. My students have a variety of backgrounds and bring a multitude of experiences with them each day to our class. We have students from Haiti, Cuba, Vietnam and Czech Republic. Even though these students have economic challenges and are tasked with learning English, they bring tons of excitement and energy into the classroom.

My Project

My diverse group of students will benefit from the active use of Hokki Stools as they learn new content in our daily academic centers. To keep my students engaged they need to have a choice in where they would like to sit as well as keep their active bodies moving while they are learning. These Hokki Stools will enhance the learning of my young scholars.
