My Project

This year, the NYC Department of Education rolled out a new curriculum called Creative Curriculum- which has all new units of study. This means new materials are needed, such as a wooden pizza and garden pots.

The materials I am requesting will enhance the children's learning in so many ways.

For example, our next unit of study is "exercise." With materials such as toddler toy weights, students can use them and learn the importance of exercise from such an early age-which is something that is of great importance to me. We will turn our dramatic play center into a "gym" and the students will take turns working out. I am so excited to get started!
