Help me give my students books, pocket chart, and markers to help make reading centers more exciting, effective, and engaging!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. King's classroom raised $371

My Project
In the third-grade class, we have many struggling readers. To ensure that they are getting the most out of their small reading group time, we all come to my classroom for reading centers. These centers target specific phonics skills and build phonemic awareness. While these students are proud of the progress they are making, it can be obvious to them that they are working on different skills than other third-graders. Fun centers with fun materials are the best way to continue keeping students bought into building basic reading skills.
With these supplies, students would be engaged with the content, excited to learn and share their learning, and have effective content at their level.
The students are always excited to introduce a new center, especially when that comes to new materials to use. These emerging readers need different supplies than what the average third-grader needs. With your donation, they could continue to love learning to read.
