My kids are just so happy to be at school. They get sad at the end of the day when I say it’s time to go home. The kids have been troopers during this time of mask-wearing and trying to keep them socially distant.
It’s been hard with 5- and 6-year-olds but they are the ones who persevere and come to school every day with smiles and hugs.
Their excitement is contagious and their eyes light up every time they walk in the door! Anything having to do with blocks, rainbows, and unicorns makes them smile!
I am requesting graduation robes for our three kindergarten classrooms. Kindergarten graduation is at the heart of every student and parent. We could not hold our celebration last year and really want to make a statement this year. It's the highlight for parents and students at the end of the year. The memories and smiles created by this will install the importance of education. Every kindergartener will walk down the red aisle in style! These robes will be repurposed year after year. We believe that kindergarten graduation leads to high school graduation!
This project will be resubmitted until our goal of 75 robes is reached.
