My Project
These Chromebooks will make an immense difference in my classroom. Students will be able to utilize up-to-date technologies, removing a significant learning barrier. My students do 3 hours of project-based learning daily, and the lag will impact the output.
The students in my classroom have the time, the drive, and the abilities to change the world.
I know many teachers say that, but with 3 hours of our daily schedule devoted to student-driven projects, we have seen so much good come from a group of kids. Whether it is setting up service-learning in their communities, designing community events to bring people together, or helping students partner with local non-profits, my students have changed the fabric of their community.
To do this, technology is a catalyst and a need. Chromebooks from before COVID aren't the best to bring out to project sites for on-the-go use. The unique tablet mode will be exceptionally beneficial to my crew! Whether building and creating structures for a farmer's market, cataloging over 500 donated books for the local elementary school, or planning an alumni gathering to celebrate 20 years of graduating classes. The kids are on the move, and they need a Chromebook that moves with them.
