Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am glad that you took the time to visit my page and look at the list I have created for my awesome students. Our school has a great curriculum, but the home-school connection is lost because students don't have the technology they need at home. I am reaching out to you to help in this cause!

My students are thirsty to learn, and I would love to be able to provide them with tablets to meet their individual needs and develop a strong literacy background, which is needed for them to be successful throughout their educational pursuits.

Granting me these tablets will assist students to choose books that interest them on the tablets from the website. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading for lifelong learning. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in independent reading, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
