I teach at a high school for military dependents. This proposal supports the 51 Advance Placement Environmental Science students that I teach. The testing of water in our area has become a vital part of the research that my Advance Placement Environmental Science class conducts. We not only collect, analyze, and present the water information collected, but we are able to generate details to the Environmental Agency that overseas our base's water supply.

My students have probeware to use, but due to the acquisition of 6 netbooks, we need Go Links that we can attach directly to the computers and not have to use the bulky interface (old technology) that does not always work.

My students need the Go Links so that they can connect the probes that we have directly to the netbooks, making the data more reliable and accurate and the collection process less cumbersome. We also need an external DVD drive so that we can load the computer program directly on the netbooks.

With your help my students, military dependents, will be able to use up to date technology to acquire accurate and usable data that relates directly to our environment.
