My Project

It is hard to be cold and learn. It is even harder during the holiday season. Help my students stay warm while they learn. I teach in a Title I (low income) school district. Parents often do not have the resources to provide for their children's basic needs.

A child whose basic needs, such as warmth, are not being met can have a very difficult time learning.

Warm hats, gloves, and socks will go a long way toward making sure my students stay warm and healthy. A child whose basic needs are not being met such as warmth have a very difficult time learning.

My students are some of the most generous students I have ever worked with. However, they really need some generous help of their own this winter. The impact of the economy has seriously impacted so many of our families this year and the holiday season does not look very bright for many of my students. Your donation can make such a difference for these children. Please help brighten their holidays and the winter months by providing for their basic needs.
