Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When I started teaching, my daughter put together an emergency box. She told me her favorite teachers were the ones who anticipated student needs. I've requested hygiene items to replace what has gone out.

Warm and fed students, who have their personal needs met, can better concentrate on the lesson!

I've also included a variety of healthy option snacks (no sugar, peanut alternative) to supplement the snacks I have in my classroom already. I am also asking for winter wear--gloves, hats, and disposable rain ponchos. I want to make sure every student has what they need to thrive.
