Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Even though my students have access to laptops, I still believe it is important for my students to practice reading and writing skills on paper especially since my students are learning English.

However, due to our very limited school budget, I am currently provided only 1 ream of paper to last a month.

It is a struggle to make all the copies that I would like to without having paper. To save on paper, I have resorted to giving a weekly homework packet and some digital assignments. Having technology is great, but I still believe at times it is so important that my students use paper especially when it comes to reading and writing.

The reams of paper that I am requesting would help out our classroom for the remainder of this school year and paper to start off next school year. Thank you in advance for believing in the importance of having enough paper to make the copies we need to reach all of our students!
