This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At the heart of our ever-evolving, information-based society, success hinges on developing a strong foundation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Recognizing this, the National Science Foundation emphasizes the need for students to surpass previous expectations in these fields.

In my role as an educator, I am fortunate to work with a remarkable group of students who exhibit an eagerness to learn.

Witnessing the excitement in their eyes as we prepare for school each day is truly amazing. These students come from diverse backgrounds, each contributing our learning environment. Many of them belong to low-income families, yet they are some of the most wonderful kids on the planet.

I am passionate about providing my students, regardless of their economic background, with every opportunity to explore the captivating world of STEM. Engaging with STEM at a young age can unlock countless doors for a lifetime of possibilities.

The kits will provide a platform for students to reflect on their performance and identify areas for improvement, enhancing their overall learning experiences.
