Writing, drawing and creating really helps them learn the material so much better. Many of my students come from homes were the parents are struggling to make end meet. They are often unable to provide the basic school supplies, especially after the year has started and they need to replenish all of the supplies they purchased at the beginning of the year. Here is exactly how your contribution changed our classroom:\r\n•\tPencils for Planning: Before your grant, we lost valuable instructional time scrambling to find writing utensils. Now, students walk in and immediately grab a pencil to storyboard their coding logic or sketch their digital art concepts on paper before moving to the screen. \r\n•\tEarbuds for Focus: The difference in the room's atmosphere is night and day.
