Help me give my students alarm clocks to improve their attendance and increase academic achievement.

Our school is diverse and unique as we serve students from many cultural backgrounds. The majority of our students live in low-income housing. Every student receives free breakfast and qualifies for free or reduced-price lunch. Many of our students lack the resources and basic needs they need to thrive.
Despite life’s circumstances, our students attend school ready to learn and grow.
They are truly my inspiration!
Our students are creative, amazing, curious and full of fun! They love asking questions, being active and engaging in hands-on activities, which allow them to think critically.
It is my priority to serve as the liaison between the school, family and community, and to ensure that every student has the resources they need to be successful individually as well as academically.
This year, attendance plays a huge role in our school's accreditation. We have taken the responsibility to monitor each student's attendance closely. However, it is also important that we recognize some barriers that impede our students attendance. Some of our students struggle with arriving to school on time due to missing the bus and not having any other transportation to get to school. When asking students why they are tardy, most of them respond, "I didn't wake up on time." My hope is that providing students with alarm clocks will help them to arrive on time, decrease the number of tardies and/or absences, and improve academic achievement.
