It is important for our students to learn more about personal hygiene. As the School Social Worker, I will educate students on the importance of taking care of themselves. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a hygiene course. This course will explain the importance of showering, how often we should wash our hands, the spread of germs, the importance of brushing our teeth and much more! There will also be hands-on activities for the students to participate in. Upon "graduating" from the course, students will receive a hygiene care kit gift. These kits will include items, such as deodorant, soap, a washcloth, toothbrush and toothpaste.
