My Students

From smashing a strong spike down the sideline to singing popular songs on the bus ride home after a big win, our players are kids who like to work hard and have fun. They dance together, laugh together, cry together, look after one another, and push each other to be the best that they can be.

Our middle school players strongly believe in the power of teamwork and use it to achieve on the court, in the classroom, and in their communities.

As a program, we work hard to provide them with the fundamentals of their respective sport while equipping them with the life skills to become productive and influential individuals within their sphere of influence. Simply put, our players are the future.

My Project

At our school, the volleyball team has worked hard to become consistently competitive on the court and effective members of our community. Unfortunately, little funding has left us reaching these lofty goals with equipment that has, for the most part, been pieced together. While we have been able to make do for the past couple of seasons, we have finally reached the point where we need to replenish our ball supply and cart.

Adding balls and a new cart to our equipment will go a long way in ensuring that our practices remain as effective and efficient as possible.

Having this equipment will ultimately mean that girls are spending more time on drills and scrimmages developing their skills and less time shagging balls.
