My Students

This class is my 10th year of teaching. I was very anxious for this year to start, since last year taught me the true meaning of patience. After meeting these kids on open house all the anxiety left. I may have only had them a week, but the kids are more than amazing.

My love of teaching grows daily because of my students .

I love seeing their excitement for learning, eagerness to know their classmates, and acceptance of a new environment. Please help support these amazing children.

My Project

My students struggle with vocabulary. Having visuals to connect to words and the skills we are learning improve the retention of learned vocabulary and skills. The chart stand and bulletin board will display student work. Having the paper and strips for students to use makes it easier to display.

I want to give my students engaging opportunities.

Allowing students to create their own visuals and allow them to display in class is huge. This creates ownership and confidence in their own learning. Students will develop more love for learning. I hope this carries on with them throughout their life. My students and I appreciate the materials to help with this.
