My Project

I love working and serving the students in the community where I live in. I grew up in the community, and after graduating college, I decided to teach in the community that services students who look like me.

Some of us just need that visual reminder, reoccurrence, or that silent voice yelling at us as we walk by our vision board, saying you know you forgot about completing me!

Sometimes our cast isn't as supportive at home, so we must do it for ourselves and hound our subconscious about our mission that needs to be completed. The Vision Board serves as not only a large and in-your-face task sheet, but it's a constant reminder that your work is never done. In order to complete this task, my students will need Posterboard, craft glue, glue sticks, and more. Life is a learning curve, we can never cover enough ground or run out of goals. I want to make sure our scholars place their Vision Board in very visible places. The goal is to reinforce those expectations that they have set for themselves.
