Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are experiencing their first year of school. They learn so much about themselves and others through play. We are lucky to live in an area with weather that allows us to play outdoors almost every day of the school year.
These students learn through play!
My students need a Cricut Venture to create visual images for lessons and games during their daily outdoor learning time. The Cricut machine will allow us to cut out large images, including shapes and letters to display and use during our lessons and explorations. These lessons will help engage our students in academic learning and develop their gross motor skills along with the social emotional learning that goes on during play time outside.
