This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Someone once said, "Let us explore the world and create some wonderful things while you are exploring."

My goal this school year is to give my students lots of opportunities to explore and create wonderful things.

The kids at our school are kindergarten through fifth grade students, and most of these students are English language learners. All of our students are enthusiastic learners who, regardless of the obstacles they may face at home, come to school with a thirst for knowledge and the urge to try and experience new things every day.

My Project

We have a Cricut in our classroom! My students absolutely love it, but they want to take their creativity to the next level.

My students want to use the Cricut EasyPress & EasyPress Mat to create T-shirts during our entrepreneurial unit.

At the beginning of the year, we focus on a unit on financial literacy in social studies. My students came up with an idea for making and selling shirts to their peers. They are proud of their plan, and they have developed mini lessons on cost and risk factors. They are very excited to see their plan implemented in the coming years. Please help them acquire the tools needed to see their dreams come true!
