My Students

Two heads are always better than one, and that is definitely the case here!

My 7th and 8th grade CSI investigators are currently studying forensic anthropology (skeletal remains), but they are wanting to step it up from just identifying a particular bone.

They want to analyze the bones to determine height of the individual as well as the gender of the individual.

My Project

Our crime lab has a disarticulated male skeleton and a partial female skeleton. We also are fortunate enough to have a casted mold of an actual female skull. The problem you ask? We don't have a male skull to make the comparisons and contrasts for identifying the unique characteristics of males and females. Not only will the skull and other bones be utilized in the crime lab, but it will also be used in the regular science classroom for classification and measurement activities.

The skeletal evidence in our crime lab has ALL been provided by donors like you, so we are asking for your help again.

The male skull from Bone Clones would be a huge addition to our crime lab and the icing on the cake!
